All merchandise returns and exchanges may be accepted (excluding “final sale” or “as-is” items, gift cards [except where required by law] and gift boxes) within 60 days of the date of purchase.
Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, or merchandise must be defective
Final Sale – Merchandise marked final sale is sold “as is” and may not be returned or exchanged
chicas boutique purchases cannot be returned to chicas Off The Rack and Outlet. chicas Off The Rack or Outlet store purchases cannot be returned to chicas boutiques
We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges for any reason

If you prefer to return or to exchange your purchase in one of our boutiques, our sales associates will be happy to help you with your return or exchange at any of our chicas U.S. boutiques (excluding outlets).

Make a Return by Mail
If you prefer to send your return by mail, visit our Returns Portal where you can download and print a prepaid return shipping label. Please note that when we receive your return, we’ll deduct $7.00 USD from your refund for handling fees. If you prefer to use the carrier of your choice and create your own label, we recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery.

Need a different size, color or item?
To save you time, we have our Quick Exchange Service. If you find that an item you ordered isn’t just right and need a replacement in a different size or color, all you need to do is call us at 1-888-855-4986. We’ll quickly place an exchange order, charging your preferred credit card but waiving your standard ground shipping fees. In addition, we’ll help you make your return to our Online Store or to Store nearest you.

Returned Check Policy
A service charge of $25 or the maximum permitted by law will be assessed for NSF checks. The amount of the check and service charge may be collected via electronic debit or bank draft drawn from your account.

Price Adjustment Policy
We will adjust the price of an item on a one-time basis if the price decreases within 14 days of original purchase and if you present your original receipt in-store for an in-store purchase. Price adjustments will be made in the original form of payment. Online or catalog purchases are not eligible for price adjustment in our stores; additional exceptions apply.

Final Sale
Merchandise marked final sale is sold “as is” and may not be returned or exchanged and is not eligible for price adjustment. Merchandise prices ending in .98 indicate final sale.

International Customers:
At this time, orders placed via chicos or by telephone and shipped outside of the U.S. cannot be returned or exchanged in our boutiques or outlets. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 60 days of your original purchase, please contact our Customer Service at 1.888.855.4986 or internationalorders@chicos.com in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number, which is required in order to process your return. Our Customer Service will provide you with detailed instructions regarding how to return your purchase. If you return any item(s), our e-commerce partner, Borderfree, will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item(s) in the same currency and at the same exchange rate as your original purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping and handling costs. South Carolina Residents
If you are 85 years and older, you are entitled to a 1% state sales tax reduction on any items purchased for your personal use. You must ask for this reduction and present proof of your age at the cash register.

Colorado Residents
Effective July 1, 2022, Colorado imposes a $0.27 retail delivery fee on all customers with orders that are mailed, shipped or otherwise delivered to a Colorado address. chicas collects and remits the CO Retail Delivery Fee on your behalf. The CO Retail Delivery Fee applies to all orders that are shipped to a Colorado address, including in-store orders that are shipped to Colorado. For online orders, the CO Retail Delivery Fee will appear on your receipt as a separate line item from taxes and shipping fees (if any). For in-store orders, the CO Retail Delivery Fee will be included in the Taxes line item. Note: The Colorado Retail Delivery Fee amount is subject to change; it is non-refundable and due and owing even if you qualify for free shipping. chicas is unable to waive the CO Retail Delivery Fee for any reason.

Terms of Sale
All sales are subject to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy posted at chicos as well as the terms and conditions of this Return Policy, which together constitute a binding contract. Merchandise is not intended for commercial resale or export; engaging in such activities will be deemed a breach of contract. Merchandise marked “final sale” is sold “as is” and may not be returned or exchanged and is not eligible for price adjustment.

Change to Policies
We may change any of the above policies or practices at any time, which shall be binding when posted.
